The role is responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure the property shines inside and out, which includes ensuring bins are emptied and kept clean while supporting the maintenance team as needed. In addition, the role supports with resident requests for repairs and up keeping apartment units and grounds. This role may be required to respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. What you need to be successful: 1+ years of building cleaning and maintenance experience, preferably with a multi- residential setting Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with basic handheld and electrical tools. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & Mechanical systems would be ideal. Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills. Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team and independently Ability to perform residential painting tasks when needed to support property upkeep Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks Join us in maintaining pristine environments that promote safety, productivity, and pride!
