Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Clean carpets using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens for a fresh environment Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure facilities are well-equipped Maintain safety standards by handling cleaning chemicals properly and following environmental protocols Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to uphold consistent quality across all assigned areas Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services within commercial or institutional settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and general sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, extractors, and vacuums effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a difference!
