Cleaner

Short's Brewing Company is looking for a Cleaner to help maintain our pub, brewery, and facilities to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both our team and our guests. Position Overview As a Cleaner at Short's, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across our facilities. From floors and restrooms to shared spaces and work areas, your work ensures our environment reflects the same quality and care as our beer. This is a fast-paced, active role where attention to detail and consistency are key.

Schedule:

Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Additional hours and occasional longer shifts during peak seasons Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain pub spaces, restrooms, and facility areas Complete daily cleaning tasks and periodic deep cleaning projects Restock supplies and ensure all areas are guest-ready Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and materials Follow all safety and sanitation standards, including proper use of PPE Identify and report maintenance or cleanliness issues Support team operations by assisting where needed What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Work at Short's Brewing Company?
