  • 4:30 PM $15 per hour We are seeking a dependable and professional Day Porter / Custodian to support daytime cleaning operations at a modern automotive technology and engineering facility in the Farmington Hills area near the M-5 and 12 Mile Road corridor.
This position works during daytime business hours while the building is occupied. The Day Porter / Custodian will help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and building occupants throughout the day. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance throughout common areas, entrances, hallways, and shared spaces Respond to routine cleaning needs during business hours Remove trash and maintain building appearance throughout the shift Restock facility supplies as needed Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and building occupants Report facility concerns, supply needs, or maintenance issues to management Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and building expectations Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional workplace environment Requirements Previous janitorial, custodial, or day porter experience preferred Comfortable working in an occupied professional office and technology environment Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the shift Ability to respond to cleaning needs during business hours Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work At Saber, we strive to create a workplace built on respect, support, and opportunity.
