Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Summary The Supervisor position ensures efficient and professional cleaning operations within the specified buildings. This position is a working level position that ensures the assigned site is being cleaned and disinfected to their full potential. This position will require a moderate knowledge level of cleaning, workmanship, and basic management duties. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities An employee in this position may be called upon to do any and/or all the following essential functions; but are not limited to the duties which the employee may be expected to perform. General cleaning knowledge to assist in nightly operations when needed Wash windows and mirrors Proficient in using window squeegee tools. Take trash and recycling out. Sanitize surfaces. Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms. Sweeps, mops, polishes, and vacuum floors. Uses common cleaning tools. Operate Freight Elevator during shift. Refill paper product dispensers/soap dispensers General management/supervisor knowledge Be observant and have a high attention to detail. Possess knowledge and understanding of company policy, procedure, and operational requirements. Provide excellent customer service. Organize the janitor closet(s) and store all supplies and tools. Lock the doors and turn off light at the end of shifts. Ensure buildings are secured during/at end of shifts. High initiative and reliable. Complete nightly cleaning checklist. Ensure all areas of the building are cleaning to set standards. Have advanced communication skills to assist employees and building tenants. Required Skills / Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Judgement and high level of integrity. • 23.00 per hour. General Office/High rise building. Work assignment may vary in days of the week and time of day. Normally between 4:30PM
• 11:30PM. On site
• Downtown Flint locations.

Minimal travel required between site locations. Job Requirements Minimally, High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license. Must have a Vehicle. Previous Cleaning experience preferred. Previous Supervisor/Management experience required. Ability to pass a criminal background check Other Duties There will be a 90-day probation period to assess performance to functions and responsibilities listed, if the probation period is fulfilled to satisfaction this will become a permanent job assignment.
