In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and residential buildings by performing window cleaning and power washing tasks. Your efforts will help enhance the visual appeal and safety of our clients' properties, ensuring a spotless, professional finish every time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize specialized equipment, and deliver exceptional service with a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Clean windows of various sizes and heights using hand tools, squeegees, and extension poles to achieve streak-free clarity. Operate power washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and graffiti from building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Safely use ladders to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to safety protocols. Prepare work sites by setting up protective coverings or barriers as needed before power washing or window cleaning. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform basic maintenance or report repairs as necessary. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during operation of machinery or working at heights. Complete detailed job reports documenting tasks performed, areas cleaned, and any issues encountered during the job. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred. Familiarity with power washing equipment and techniques is a plus, but can be trained. Ability to operate and safely use ladders of all sizes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to stand, lift heavy equipment, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards or local safety regulations. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for timely job completion.
