• Perform all forms of cleaning services.
• Successfully upsell additional services/products we offer to customers for a commission.
• Successfully finish cleanings - carpet, tile/grout, vct, upholstery
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.

Job Description:

The Carpet Cleaning Technician will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning all types of floors including rugs, window washing, and removing rubbish. Assisting the cleaning & restoration department when needed. General knowledge of all equipment functions and maintenance needed (truck mount; all floor machines) and understanding all cleaning products used for services. Be able to successfully upsell additional services/products we offer to customers for a commission. Be able to fully understand various cleaning processes, and successfully finish cleanings - carpet, tile/grout, vct, upholstery. Be capable of servicing all forms of restoration work.

• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
