Candidate is required to have experience with clearing up localized oil spills and water leaks in an industrial plant or manufacturing facility. Shift hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. The Industrial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the injection molding department, including cleaning floors, equipment, removing debris, oil spills, and water leaks, and ensuring work areas remain neat and safe. Essential Duties Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and clean floors throughout the facility Properly clean oil spills, water leaks, and other industrial messes Empty trash and maintain building cleanliness Follow assigned deep-cleaning schedules and responsibilities Operate scrubbers, floor strippers, automatic floor washers, and related cleaning equipment Clean windows, mirrors, partitions, and surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms Monitor facility safety and report maintenance or repair issues Lock doors and ensure equipment is properly shut down after use Perform additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous janitorial or maintenance experience required Manufacturing facility cleaning experience preferred Experience cleaning oil spills and industrial work areas required Ability to stand for 812 hours per shift Self-motivated and detail oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently Proficient in English Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit, paper check, or pay card ACA-compliant medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) program Online employee portal for pay stubs and withholdings Apply today by submitting your resume.
