This is a great opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with leadership experience who enjoys hands-on work and can effectively manage a team across multiple locations.

Pay Rate:

$19.50 per hour Full time position available: •

Monday-Friday:

mainly second shift hours but must be flexible to work occasional day shifts and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist custodial staff at all sites Cover shifts and assist with routine cleaning as needed Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment Ensure quality standards are met at all job sites Monitor and support clock-in/out compliance Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Provide training and enforce company policies and safety practices Travel to sites within the greater Grand Rapids area Communicate regularly with regional manager regarding team progress and client satisfaction Flexible schedule based on client needs (including weekends if required)

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ with valid ID Strong attendance and leadership skills Ability to pass background check with no past or pending felonies or misdemeanors, and drug screen (including for THC) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle to drive during shift Comfortable with technology and able to use standard office equipment and programs At least 1 year of custodial experience required 1 year previous leadership or supervisory experience required Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods Strong attention to detail and team management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to travel between locations as needed Why Join Nawa?
