About Us JDK Construction Services is proud to be Michigan's largest female-owned and operated, provider of new construction cleaning and support services. Since 2000, we have been delivering exceptional new-build, post-construction, and specialty cleaning results. Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced New Construction Window Cleaner to join our Brighton-based team. This position focuses on newly built homes and involves detailed cleaning of both interior and exterior glass surfaces to remove paint overspray, dust, adhesives, and other construction residue. Primary Responsibilities Clean glass, door walls, frames, and window tracks on new construction homes and buildings Safely operate ladders and related tools to reach all levels, including upper-story windows Remove construction debris, paint splatter, and other contaminants from glass, track and frame surfaces Work outdoors throughout the year in various weather conditions Follow all company safety standards and job site protocols Maintain a professional appearance and ensure top-quality results on every project Qualifications 1 year of professional window cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of tempered glass and safe cleaning methods Must be confident working at heights using ladders Reliable transportation to the Hartland meeting location Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding tasks Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Schedule and Work Details The window crew meets in the Hartland area each morning and travels together in a company-provided vehicle to scheduled job sites. Daily assignments are shared through our company app the afternoon prior. This is a full-time position , Mon-Fri, the workday concludes once the assigned schedule is completed.
