Our team supports contractors and businesses by delivering clean, safe, and professional job sites. Job Summary We are currently hiring dependable individuals for post-construction and commercial cleaning at various business and construction sites throughout Southeast Michigan, with immediate openings in downtown Detroit. This role includes a mix of final cleaning after construction projects and routine janitorial cleaning, depending on the job assignment. Work locations may vary, so flexibility and reliability are important. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working at different job sites. Responsibilities Perform commercial and janitorial cleaning at business and construction sites Complete post-construction cleaning, including rough and final cleans Clean floors, surfaces, restrooms, and shared spaces Remove debris, dust, and leftover materials from job sites Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Load and unload cleaning materials and equipment as needed Work Environment Work is performed at various commercial and construction job sites throughout Southeast Michigan Cleaning materials and equipment are typically provided at job sites Work is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks depending on the job site

Optional Travel Opportunities :

From time to time, out-of-state projects (including Ohio and other locations) may become available. These assignments may last one or more days. Participation is optional. Transportation and lodging are provided for all out-of-state work. Compensation This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Work is available based on project needs, with consistent opportunities for those with flexible availability. Candidates seeking part-time or flexible schedules are encouraged to apply. Requirements Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout Southeast Michigan Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Ability to work in indoor environments and occasionally outdoors Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or post-construction cleaning experience preferred Additional Requirements Must report to work free from the smell of marijuana or other strong smoke odors Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted on company job sites Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all job sites
