Window Cleaner

I am looking to coach someone, grow our business, and provide the tools for you to succeed. Hourly + Performance pay, based off revenue for the day pay range from $18-$28 starting wage. The responsibilities are pretty straight forward and can explain when time comes. 25-35 hours a week to start and may increase to full time. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning tasks for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Handing out flyers, interacting with clients, and just being an awesome person. Take pride in your work. Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality results. Follow established safety protocols while working at heights or in challenging environments. Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests during the cleaning process. Communicate with the office. Be coachable. Experience Previous experience not required; just be coachable!
