Evening Shift Cleaner

About the Evening Shift This evening shift (5pm-11pm, sometimes up to midnight, Monday through Friday) is a mostly independent position. You will be in charge of cleaning a set of buildings on a regular schedule, usually in a small team or on your own.

The goal is simple:

show up, follow the system, and leave every building looking excellent. We are looking for people who are conscientious, want to do a good job, want to get paid well, and want to genuinely serve customers. Dependability is everything here. The fewer headaches you create, the more valuable you are. If you can handle problems on site, adapt, and figure things out without drama, your value and pay go up. There is a support system if you need help, but we're looking for people who can learn the system and apply it in any building without constant supervision. We are also looking for someone who can potentially lead the night shift and "own" these buildings, mostly working independently. This is a role that is very valuable to us, and we intend to be valuable to you in return through consistent work, clear expectations, and opportunities to earn more. Responsibilities Clean homes, offices, and vehicles Follow detailed checklists and safety procedures Use company provided tools and cleaning equipment Lift up to 20 lbs and work physically when needed Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license with clean record Pass background check Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Skills (Higher Pay) House, office, or carpet cleaning experience Floor care or steam cleaning Great references or 3.5+ GPA Stick shift or chauffeur's license Ready to Apply?
