We are Southwest Michigan's largest marine and powersports dealership and represent over a dozen brands, including Can-Am, Polaris, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Ryker and Yamaha.
JOB TITLE
Part-Time Janitor/Cleaning
  • 25 to 30 hrs per week
SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for routine cleaning and general custodial labor. Work general involves general housekeeping of a routine nature, mainly pre-determined daily schedule of tasks. Position is responsible for cleaning the warehouse location in Schoolcraft as well as cleaning of the dealership location in Kalamazoo.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
:
  • Cleans, sweeps, mops and sanitizes and assures proper supplies are in place in all restrooms.
  • Cleans, sweeps, mops and sanitizes tables, machines and trash barrels in lunch/break rooms.
  • Empty trash, vacuums and dust office areas.
  • Clean common areas throughout the facilities. Empty trash, vacuums, and dust.
  • May use hand or motor-powered tools as necessary to perform required tasks.
  • Other work projects as directed by management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: High School Diploma or
GED SKILLS & ABILITIES
Previous cleaning experience required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
: Position must have valid driver's license and be able to travel between the two locations. (Kalamazoo and Schoolcraft)
SCHEDULE
25-30 hrs per week scheduled between 7a to 6pm Monday
  • Friday and Saturday 8a-2p
