OVERVIEW

Fresh Tracks is a small family-owned business located in Lansing, MI looking for a positive team member that has a love for detail to join our commercial cleaning team. We are not a janitorial company and we do not work in the same building each day. We are a specialty cleaning company that works in commercial buildings doing work that janitorial companies do not usually do on a regular basis. We know this job can provide lasting satisfaction, great exercise, new skills, and personal responsibility.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a Cleaning Specialist that will learn and perform our various service offerings. This position consists of 4 different categories of cleaning: Carpet cleaning Hard surface cleaning White glove cleaning Specialty cleaning A typical day would be to arrive at our warehouse in Lansing where you would load up your day's supplies and equipment into our company van and head to our commercial customer's job site with your partner. Starting times and working hours vary from day-to-day depending on the job you're performing. We work both day and night shifts. You'll usually have a general idea when you'll be done but it can vary and the end time will ultimately be when the job is completed. We are open to people that can only work day shifts or only work night shifts. We DO NOT work on any major holidays; no Sunday work and we only work a few Saturday's a year when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ensure the job was done well and to our standards Perform carpet and hard surface cleaning Perform white glove and specialty cleaning Ensuring the cleaning side of the warehouse is kept clean and tidy

SKILLS NECESSARY

Attention to detail Responsible Ability to drive a work van Honest Transparent Hard working Ability to work independently

REQUIRMENTS

Valid driver's license (No chauffeurs or commercial license needed) No DUI, DWI or any driving license related restrictions within the last 3 years No smoking/vaping/tobacco or marijuana use when clocked in. No violent criminal record or sex offenders list

TRAINING

Having prior cleaning experience is not mandatory to apply for this job. If you do have prior experience though that is great! Job training will be done on the job by your manager and you will be fully trained in each method and system.
