This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who excels in commercial cleaning management, quality control, and team development, while ensuring consistent service excellence.

Compensation:

$20-$25/hr Schedule & Work Environment Full‑time (approximately 40 hours per week) Within day, evening, or night shifts as operational needs require Travel within assigned territory required, mileage reimbursement provided Key Responsibilities Lead and support custodial and janitorial teams across multiple facilities Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to meet operational demands Conduct regular site inspections, walkthroughs, and quality assurance audits Support hiring, onboarding, and training of custodial staff Enforce safety standards, cleaning procedures, and compliance requirements Maintain inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment Respond to and resolve client service concerns professionally and efficiently Collaborate with internal partners to support smooth daily operations Promote accountability, engagement, and a positive team culture Qualifications & Experience Prior supervisory or management experience in custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning services Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety practices, and industry standards Experience managing multiple locations or territories Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment Background in hospitality, housekeeping, or facilities management is a plus Language Skills English required Spanish bilingual skills preferred Work Requirements Ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct supervision Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds when transporting supplies or equipment Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods Willingness to travel between locations If you're an experienced custodial leader or cleaner who takes pride in operational excellence, team leadership, and delivering reliable service, we encourage you to apply.
