New home cleaners

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and DETAIL-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for going into new homes with two other cleaners and using shop vacs and other supplies to clean the entire finished areas of the home or project. These projects can be newly built apartments, houses, and other buildings. Most of what we clean are spaces that have never been occupied/lived in and we clean them to be

prior closing dates. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services. We must be very detailed and make sure homes are spotless and looking brand new before homeowners move in. As these are brand new homes. Integrity is required for this position. Honesty and not cutting corners to rush through the cleaning process. Your work will be looked over after each job is completed and if anything was missed or not done up to expectation, you will be asked to correct the work. This is the only way to learn how things should be properly executed. hard worker and dependable this is not for the weak or lazy Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential new homes Including window cleaning, dusting and scrubbing of all surfaces. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, scraping Paint, drywall, glue etc with razors on hands and knees. Positive attitude towards management, coworkers and the jobs themselves. Negativity will not be accepted or allowed. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Experience Previous experience in post construction cleaning preferred. This is not at all the same type of cleaning as residential cleaning. A background in housekeeping management or janitorial experience will be helpful for this role but not required, as you will need different training for what we do all around.
