Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure fresh supplies for each guest Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, and ensuring trash removal Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to prepare the property for new guests Conduct inspections to verify that all cleaning tasks meet quality standards before check-in Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and use of cleaning chemicals while maintaining a safe work environment Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and custodial practices Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment used in professional settings Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with cooking or food preparation is a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and hospitality!
