This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure that our spaces meet high standards of hygiene and appearance. The ideal candidate will bring energy, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in every task, helping us create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility. Maintain floors through sweeping and mopping Clean restrooms thoroughly, restock supplies, and ensure sanitation standards are met consistently. Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as cleaning large equipment or specialized areas as needed. Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
