Job Description

Facilities Cleaner Chobani Jun 24, 2026 Summary The Facilities cleaner supervises the daily cleaning required to include offices, common areas, restrooms, and conference rooms while following all Chobani safety procedures and good manufacturing practices. Responsibilities
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Clean all glass doors and windows.
  • Maintain and stocking supplies for oncoming shifts.
  • Supply work stations, break rooms, and rest rooms with drinking cups, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning supplies.
  • Make sure hallways and walkways are clear of foreign objects and trash.
  • Submit work orders for items needing repairs to supervisors.
  • Operate compactors for trash and cardboard.
  • Operate floor scrubbers in hallways.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Manager. Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a cleaning, facilities, or janitorial role preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb steps or ladders as required.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in indoor industrial environments, including exposure to noise, moisture, cleaning chemicals, and temperature changes.
  • Ability to comply with all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
