Job Description
Clean model homes, clean construction homes throughout the building process (rough, 1st walk, 2nd walk, final) We are seeking 2-3 dedicated construction Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for for turning a new construction home into a beautiful closed home. You must have your own transportation and be willing to drive. We are mobile and go to sites from Ann arbor to West Bloomfield. I look forward to meeting you.
Responsibilities:
- shop vacuuming baseboards, vents and cabinets
- scrubbing tiles and bathtubs
- wiping cabinets, doors, baseboards and window sills
- dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Nice-to-have Skills:
- prior cleaning skills, but willing to train
