We are currently seeking enthusiastic Janitorial Cleaners for our GM Plant location in Lake Orion, MI . Pay $19.04/hr - $23.22/hr Shift Day Shift Responsibilities Deep clean and maintain common areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and office spaces; Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility and manufacturing areas/equipment as required; Utilize provided cleaning equipment and chemicals; Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures; Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies; Perform physically repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, using stairs, reaching, scrubbing, prolonged standing, and walking; Follow all company and site instructions and building protocols; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial or janitorial cleaning is considered an asset; Availability to work overtime and weekends as required; Motivated and self-driven, with a willingness to learn; Strong attention to detail; Excellent communication skills; Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Must be able to reliably commute to Lake Orion, MI for work.
