Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail oriented people to join our team of window cleaners and power washers. This role is responsible for cleaning residential and/or commercial windows and building exteriors to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional appearance at all times. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Job Location:

Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Indian River, Cheboygan Key Responsibilities Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques Remove dirt, grime, water spots, and debris from glass surfaces, frames, and sills Safely use ladders and other equipment when required Communicate professionally with customers and other employees Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean, working condition Qualifications Previous window cleaning or related experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips Training provided Opportunities for advancement

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
