Independent Contractor (1099) PeckProCleaning is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving Oakland County. We specialize in high-quality standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services. We are currently seeking reliable and professional independent cleaning contractors to join our team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not an employee role. Compensation Flat rate pay per job Average earnings: $25-$35+ per hour (estimated based on job size and efficiency) Direct deposit pay, weekly payout Tips are 100% yours We handle all marketing, customer booking, scheduling, refunding and web traffic. Qualifications Must be willing to service the West Bloomfield / Bloomfield Hills area Prior residential cleaning experience preferred Must own and use a smartphone (for the BookingKoala app) Must have reliable transportation Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to pass a background check Strong attention to detail and time management skills Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented Legal authorization to work in the United States Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling, clock-in/out, and communication What a Typical Day Looks Like Accept/Decline Job via Booking Koala Arrive 10-15 minutes early to each appointment Professionally introduce yourself to the homeowner Conduct a brief walkthrough of the home with the customer before starting Take before and after photos of the job for quality control and documentation Perform cleaning services according to PeckProCleaning checklist and standards Clock in and out using the BookingKoala app Communicate any issues or special notes through the app Maintain a professional and respectful presence in customers' homes How to
