In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality will ensure that every window shines, enhancing the overall appearance and ambiance of our clients' environments. Duties Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high or difficult areas Remove dirt, grime, streaks, and smudges to achieve a spotless finish on all glass surfaces Inspect windows for damage or necessary repairs and report issues promptly Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during work activities Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in window cleaning or similar maintenance roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to work at heights safely using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals is a plus Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed Embark on a career that combines physical activity with craftsmanship!
