Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Roseville, MI. This is a 1st shift position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment throughout an office and facility setting. The ideal candidate will have prior commercial or office cleaning experience and be comfortable working respectfully around employees during business hours. Responsibilities Clean and maintain office spaces, common areas, and work areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies as needed Clean and maintain break rooms and kitchen areas Empty trash and recycling containers Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entrances, and common spaces Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Perform additional janitorial duties as assigned Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Comfortable cleaning in occupied office environments while maintaining professionalism and respect for employees Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift Benefits Competitive pay at $20.00 per hour Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Full-time, 1st shift opportunity Stable work environment Apply today to join a team that values cleanliness, professionalism, and reliability.
