Power Washing Technician

Job Summary Position requires experience in operating commercial power washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces including sidewalks, parking structures, building exteriors, and other hard surfaces. Must be able to safely and effectively remove dirt, debris, and buildup while maintaining equipment and performing minor maintenance as needed. When not assigned to power washing projects, this position will support the Support Services Division by assisting with floor care work or janitorial coverage based on operational needs. Power washing experience is preferred; floor care training will be provided.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Able to take direction and follow through with assignments  Safely operate commercial power washing equipment and related tools  Understand proper techniques for cleaning various exterior surfaces  Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs as needed  Assist with floor care work, including operating auto scrubbers, burnishers, and other equipment (training provided)  Provide janitorial support coverage as needed across accounts  Promote and exhibit Company culture and values  Willingness to travel to multiple local accounts  Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed  Adhere to all applicable safety practices, including proper handling of equipment and water usage  Other duties as assigned by management

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

 High School Diploma/GED. Will consider experience in lieu of educational requirements  Power washing experience preferred  1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial services or related field preferred  Good communication skills and ability to read and write English  Valid Driver's License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
