Job Description

Position Overview The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent service quality, safety, and compliance across assigned sites. This role partners closely with Operations and leadership to conduct inspections, identify and implement solutions when necessary, support new account startups, assist with training initiatives, and drive continuous improvement efforts through standardized processes and workflow development. This position is primarily based in the Roseville office with regular field visits. Some early morning (typically 7 a.m.) or evening (typically through 7-8 p.m.) inspections may be required to evaluate operations during active service hours. A car allowance and gas card are provided; reliable transportation is required. Occasional overnight travel (<10%) may be needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations Review deficiencies, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions Participate in client inspections and meetings; address quality concerns Train Managers, Supervisors, and frontline staff on quality standards, inspection processes, and company expectations Support new account startups, including inspection template setup, workflow development, operational assessments, and training support Assist in developing and documenting workflows, cleaning processes, and quality control procedures for new and existing accounts Track customer requests and work tickets through resolution Perform floor care and specialized service inspections Partner with Operations to address performance issues and implement improvement plans Support safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance Maintain inspection records and prepare QA reports for leadership Assist with standardizing quality processes, inspection scoring, and operational expectations across accounts Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service consistency, accountability, and client satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (Quality, Business, Operations, or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Minimum 3 years of janitorial, facilities, quality assurance, or operations experience Demonstrated experience conducting cleaning audits, inspections, or quality evaluations Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, floor care processes, and janitorial quality standards preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning and utilizing inspection, auditing, and reporting platforms Strong computer proficiency is required Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Operations teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Key Competencies Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Strong observational and problem-solving skills Excellent people skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborative and team-focused approach Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to communicate professionally with clients, managers, supervisors, and frontline employees Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, inspections, and follow-up items #
