!! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team for a part-time position, five days a week . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and hygienic. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a vital role in enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of facilities. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain clean surfaces. Execute custodial tasks including dusting, window washing, and waste disposal to ensure a tidy environment. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Skills in floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing are highly desirable. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
