GED Full Job Description Maintenance Job Description Position:
Environmental Services Technician 1. Maintain facility in a clean and safe condition 2. Ensure that all OSHA regulations are followed 3. Maintain all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Qualifications:
Ability to take directives regarding duties but not limited to those listed, High school diploma or equivalent Report to:
Maintenance Supervisor/Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain adequate stock of housekeeping supplies Complete all paperwork requirements regarding restroom checks and other maintenance responsibilities Empty all garbage cans including within the offices daily Complete thorough cleaning of all restrooms based on schedule created by the Supervisor/Manager Perform regular inspections (time intervals based on site) of all restrooms to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and supplies throughout the day Perform regular inspections of all areas occupied by Members Perform daily inspections of outside smoking and parking areas and maintain cleanliness Utilize appropriate cleaner to wipe down all surfaces Ensure that all cleaning products/chemicals are appropriately labeled Ensure that all cleaning products/chemicals are always maintained in a secure manner Perform deep cleaning duties based on directive from supervisor Consistently monitor site for potential safety hazards, and report to supervisor/manager i.e., broken furniture, floor hazards, etc. Ensure that all lighting fixtures are maintained and in working order All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/manager with approval from the Executive Director I have read the above and agree to comply with these standards.
