Short-Term Rental Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaner to ensure our properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing rental units between stays and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health and safety standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to keep all areas pristine. Restock supplies including toiletries, cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and linens to guarantee guest comfort. Conduct detailed inspections of each unit to identify maintenance issues or damages that require attention. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is highly preferred. Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is a strong plus. Background in custodial work or housekeeper management is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.
