Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize vacation rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and maintaining surface cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas in accordance with health guidelines Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and kitchen essentials to ensure properties are fully equipped for new guests Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or damages and report issues promptly to management Uphold excellent customer service by communicating professionally with guests during check-in or check-out when necessary Experience Prior experience in rental cleaning is highly desirable Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is a plus Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures for vacation rentals or hospitality settings Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently Previous experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is welcome Join us to make every guest's stay unforgettable through your dedication to cleanliness and service excellence!
