Overview Join our dynamic team as a Porter Detailer, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in car detailing, customer service, and vehicle maintenance within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes using professional techniques and equipment to ensure vehicles are spotless and well-presented Detail vehicles by cleaning interiors, including vacuuming carpets and upholstery, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning windows for a pristine finish Conduct buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance and restore paintwork Assist with additional detailing tasks such as applying window tinting or protective coatings as needed Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties and ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized Support customer service efforts by communicating professionally with clients about vehicle care and detailing services Drive company vehicles safely when necessary for transportation or delivery purposes Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance or janitorial procedures is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for any driving responsibilities Experience with window tinting or automotive cosmetic work is desirable but not mandatory Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift This position is paid and offers a fantastic opportunity to build foundational skills in vehicle maintenance while delivering top-tier service to our customers.
