Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Short-Term Rental Cleaner and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing rental properties between guest stays, ensuring each space is spotless, inviting, and ready for new visitors. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards. Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and replacing linens and towels efficiently. Restock supplies like toiletries, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort. Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues requiring professional repair to maintain property quality. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques such as carpet cleaning machines and floor polishers. Experience in customer service or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction. Knowledge of sanitation standards and health regulations related to cleaning practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Prior experience with laundry services or housekeeper management is a plus.
