Cleaning Crew Member

Job Overview We are seeking a honest, dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, for residential cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
