Job Title:
Manufacturing Facility Custodian / Janitorial $45,800 - $51,500/year with OT | Day Shift | Wixom, MI Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We're hiring a mechanically inclined individual to join our team—and grow into a machine operator role as opportunities open on day or night shift. This is not just a janitorial job—it's a foot in the door to a long-term manufacturing career .
What You'll Do:
Keep our clean, modern facility organized and safe Sweep, mop, and manage trash/recycling Clean restrooms and common areas Operate floor scrubbers and shop equipment Support basic shop functions and gain exposure to machinery

What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with machines Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift High school diploma or
GED Schedule:
Day Shift:
7:00am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri) Overtime + limited Saturdays (up to 14/year)
