• Responsibilities:

• Cleaning
• : Perform detailed cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, filters, fans, and ducts.

This involves:

• Removing grease buildup from all surfaces.
• Cleaning or replacing filters as needed.
• Degreasing and scrubbing exhaust fans and hood interiors.
• Using specialized tools and cleaning solutions to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Inspection
• : Before and after cleaning, inspect systems to identify any maintenance or repair needs, reporting these to the supervisor.
• Safety Compliance
• :•Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure personal and workplace safety.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and eye protection.
• Documentation
• : Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, performed tasks, and any issues encountered during service.
