Duties Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free clarity Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas efficiently Use scissor lifts or other elevated platforms safely to access hard-to-reach windows on tall buildings Perform detailed cleaning of glass surfaces, frames, sills, and surrounding areas to maintain a professional appearance Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment Conduct routine inspections to identify additional cleaning needs or potential hazards around work sites Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and safety procedures for working at heights Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar elevated access equipment safely (certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and company policies during every job Embark on a career that combines physical activity with craftsmanship!
