Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to commercial and residential buildings! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for cleaning windows at various heights and locations using specialized equipment, ensuring a streak-free, polished finish. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain the aesthetic appeal and safety standards of our clients' properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your cleaning skills, and be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence. Duties Clean interior and exterior windows of residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and water fed poles Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, or lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows Use cleaning solutions and materials to remove dirt, grime, streaks, and other residues for a spotless finish Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance before use Follow all safety protocols related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, safety checks, and equipment maintenance Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience with a focus on window cleaning preferred Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning tasks in various environments is highly valued Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is a plus Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures for working at heights Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety standards Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining high-quality work standards Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness while ensuring safety at every step!
