Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Becker's mission is to develop self-directed learners to thrive in a changing global community. We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Lead Custodian to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. The Lead Custodian plays a key role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly while supporting and guiding custodial staff with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily custodial operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety Lead, support, and coordinate custodial team members Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and facility inspections Operate and monitor building systems, including boiler operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility procedures Respond promptly to maintenance and custodial needs

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Boiler 2C License Prior custodial experience Positive attitude with strong work ethic Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with others

Schedule:

2:30 PM-11:00

PM Salary & Benefits:

Starting wage pending work experience, full benefits are offered with this position.
