Cleaning Technician

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across various facilities, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to cleanliness and professionalism. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a healthy atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Work must be done after 5:00 PM. Two days per week with 3-hour shifts. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or contamination Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and consistency Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to support facility upkeep Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Allow location services on your mobile device to clock in and out of work site Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices and proper use of cleaning equipment Reliable transportation or access to the work site as required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication directly contributes to creating clean, safe environments.
