Job Description
We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This position involves general cleaning services for restaurants, offices, and retail spaces during overnight/early morning hours. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and take pride in doing quality work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform general commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Properly use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment Travel to assigned job locations as scheduled Complete work accurately and efficiently within required timeframes Communicate issues or supply needs to management promptly Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to work independently and show up on time for early morning shifts Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Pay & Benefits $18/hour Guaranteed 40 hours per week Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Consistent hours and stable work
