Full Job Description Hiring:
Rental Turnover Cleaner Flexible, Part-Time (Duluth) Ultimate Properties is seeking a reliable Turnover Cleaner to prepare rental units for new tenants in Duluth area. This independent contractor role offers maximum flexibility—perfect for someone who loves working independently and wants to pick up shifts when their schedule permits. Your primary goal will be ensuring units are spotless, welcoming, and move-in ready.
Key Responsibilities Cleaning:
Perform interior cleaning of vacant units between tenants (including kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, floors, and windows).
Detailing:
Ensure all areas, baseboards, and fixtures are thoroughly sanitized and presentable.
Trash Removal:
Clear out any minor debris or items left behind by previous tenants.
Condition Reporting:
Briefly note and report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning that require a handyman. What we're looking for:
Cleaning Experience:
Experience in residential deep cleaning or turnover cleaning.
Reliability:
Trustworthy, enthusiastic, and able to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Flexibility:
An adaptable schedule to jump on cleaning projects as units become vacant, completing tasks in a timely window.
Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
