Job Description

Public Area Cleaner Lift Bridge Lodge - 4.5 Duluth, MN Job Details $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We're in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a janitor. You'll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional maintenance duties as needed. If you take pride in a clean space and love working on a team, fill out an application.
Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees Complete regularly scheduled maintenance duties like cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, supplying restrooms, changing light bulbs, and performing minor repairs Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs Keep the building safe, clean, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Great physical health and stamina Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification About Company The Lift Bridge Lodge is an independently owned hotel on the shores of Lake Superior. We are part of the Ascend Collection by Choice Hotels. This property has 123 rooms and is situated in the heart of Canal Park in Duluth, MN.
