Vacation Rental Cleaner - Very Part Time

Vacation Rental Cleaner - Very Part-Time $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. All supplies/equipment are provided. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vacation Rental Cleaner. This position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring our vacation rental property is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready for each arrival.

Schedule:

The schedule varies from week to week. Each turnover takes approx. 4 hours, and during peak season there is typically one per week. During off peak season there may only be one per month. Beginning October 1, 2026 more hours will be available.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces Change bed linens and launder towels and other linens Restock guest supplies and amenities Prepare and maintain our pet-friendly accommodations, including removing pet hair, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring the property is fresh and welcoming for all guests Inspect the property for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain high hospitality standards Assist with occasional deep cleaning and seasonal projects as needed

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience in residential, hotel, or vacation rental settings is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in providing excellent service Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment Reliable transportation and dependability are essential Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Must be available to work Sundays , as this is a required day based on guest turnover schedules Flexibility to work additional weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
