Flexible - Part-Time Position with Potential for Additional Hours About Us Property Maintenance Professionals provides cleaning, maintenance, property turnover, and property improvement services for vacation rentals, apartment buildings, residential properties, and real estate investors throughout East Central Minnesota. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and delivering exceptional results. Position Summary The Vacation Rental Cleaner / Property Turnover Specialist is responsible for preparing short-term rental properties and residential units for incoming guests and tenants. This role is critical to maintaining five-star guest experiences and ensuring every property is clean, organized, and move-in ready. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, self-motivated, and has a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities Property Turnovers Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays Ensure all properties meet company quality standards Complete turnover cleaning within scheduled timeframes Inspect properties for damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items Report issues promptly through company systems Cleaning Duties Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean kitchens, countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets Clean and sanitize bathrooms Make beds and stage bedrooms Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens and towels Empty trash and replenish supplies Clean windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as needed Property Presentation Ensure homes are guest-ready and professionally presented Restock consumable supplies when necessary Verify amenities are properly set up and functioning Follow company checklists and cleaning standards Communication & Documentation Take photos when required Report completed work through company apps Communicate maintenance concerns and property issues Coordinate with maintenance staff when repairs are needed QualificationsRequired Reliable transportation Smartphone with ability to use scheduling and communication apps Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks Preferred Previous cleaning experience Vacation rental or hotel housekeeping experience Residential or commercial cleaning experience Experience working independently and managing time effectively Schedule Expectations This position follows guest turnover schedules and may include: Weekdays and weekends Holiday availability when needed Typical turnover window between:
