Conduct detailed cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to uphold health standards. Handle custodial duties such as window cleaning, surface sanitation, and waste management with precision. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for facilities maintenance. Use commercial cleaning equipment effectively for floor care and industrial cleaning projects. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals to ensure a hazard-free environment. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment. Strong background in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and industrial cleaning practices. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
