Full Job Description Summary:

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of company facilities. This role ensures the workplace remains functional, safe, and efficient by coordinating vendors, managing service requests, and maintaining building systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and other common areas on a regular schedule Ensure all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.) Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface disinfection Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines in a manufacturing environment Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities team Assist with periodic deep cleaning and sanitation projects Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment Support waste management and recycling initiatives in alignment with sustainability goals Respond promptly to spills, hazards, or urgent cleaning needs Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a clean and organized workplace

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or manufacturing support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Skils:

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. OSHA or safety training certifications.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the hourly wage for this position is $20.67. In addition to the base salary, the following benefits are offered: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and AD&D, Primary and Secondary Caregiver Leave Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of annual bonus Please note that these benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
