Cummings Mobility has served disabled clients for over 35 years. Our customers honor us by coming back to us year after year. In addition to experience we follow the trends in the industry to be able to offer our clients all the product lines and the new state of the art products. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Detailing Specialist. If you have a passion for cars, an eye for detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Our service facility is committed to providing superior service repairs and installation of accessible equipment. Applicants must be friendly, professional, motivated and honest. Duties and Responsibly- Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior trim to maintain a polished look.
- Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages, defects, or necessary repairs.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, trash removal
- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas as a porter, including trash removal and landscaping upkeep.
- Part delivery
- Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles both interior and exterior.
- Vacuum, shampoo, upholstery, and other interior surfaces.
- Vehicle pick up/delivery Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience in car detailing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different cleaning products, tools and techniques used in car detailing.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize task effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- The ability to safely lift-up to 50 pounds, and operate power tools
- The ability to safely operate a company vehicle, including forklifts and other equipment
- The ability to read and understand technical documents and safety rules.
- The ability to follow instructions and learn from past experiences.
- The ability to deal tactfully with all types of people and the ability to handle anger and frustration well. Benefits we offer
