Commercial Cleaner Independent Contractor (1099 Position)

Please Note:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is provided as a flat rate per building, per cleaning day — a great opportunity to earn extra income with flexible evening work. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and remove trash as needed Utilize proper cleaning products and equipment to maintain high cleanliness standards Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed Work independently and collaboratively to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good time management and organizational skills Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus Join a company that values reliability, professionalism, and quality service.
